ESSA Sustainability Accreditation
Xpect Furniture has been awarded five ticks under the ESSA Sustainability Accreditation, recognising our commitment to improving environmental performance across our operations.
The accreditation, delivered by Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA), assesses suppliers across key areas including environmental responsibility, operational practices, and long-term sustainability strategy.

Xpect have partnered with the Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (HACT) as part of our Sustainability and CSR strategy and commitment to the local communities in which we work
HACT are a charity of the social housing sector who drive value for residents and communities through insight-led products and investment at a local level
Our investment in heating and energy efficient retrofit programmes has a real impact on individuals and families in which we work by tackling energy poverty in our local community
Through our investment in HACT’s retrofit programme, we can combine social value and sustainability together. Retrofit energy programmes provide Xpect Furniture and our clients the ability to unlock carbon credits that can be applied to offset carbon emissions on either a holistic or project level basis
