COP26 – Glasgow

Supporting the delivery of COP26, Xpect supplied furniture for office and meeting spaces used by world leaders and delegates. Our team also delivered extensive back-of-house catering and staff areas to support the large workforce operating throughout the two-month event, working to tight schedules and strict security requirements.

Cisco Live – Amsterdam

For Cisco Live in Amsterdam, Xpect delivered and installed more than 6,500 chairs within a single day to support the conference’s large-scale keynote and presentation spaces. Working to a tight installation schedule, our team coordinated delivery and on-site setup to ensure all seating was in place ahead of the event opening.

This is a project we have supported for the past four years, demonstrating our ability to deliver consistent, reliable service for major international conferences with demanding timelines and large visitor numbers.

Cheltenham Festival – The Jockey Club

Providing furniture for multiple seasons at Cheltenham Festival, organised by The Jockey Club, Xpect supports one of the UK’s most prestigious sporting events. Our team supplies a wide range of furniture used across hospitality areas, lounges and operational spaces throughout the racecourse, helping create comfortable and functional environments for guests, staff and event organisers.

Olympia London

Supporting the reopening of the events industry after the pandemic, Xpect delivered furniture for one of the first exhibitions to return to Olympia London. Our team supplied and installed furniture across the venue to help organisers safely welcome exhibitors and visitors back, demonstrating our ability to respond quickly as live events began to resume.

Supporting some of the UK’s most high-profile political events, Xpect has supplied furniture across numerous editions of both the Labour Party Conference and the Conservative Party Conference. Our team delivers furniture for a range of spaces including meeting rooms, lounges, hospitality areas and operational zones, helping create practical and professional environments for delegates, media and event organisers.

International sporting events

Supporting a range of international sporting events, Xpect has delivered furniture for VIP hospitality areas and essential back-of-house operations across Spain, Greece, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Our team supplies practical, high-quality furniture that helps create comfortable hospitality environments while ensuring operational spaces run smoothly for staff, organisers and event partners.

Scale, quality and service

Our operation is built to support events of every size. From our Luton warehouse, recently expanded to meet growing demand, we manage a vast range of event furniture ready for delivery across the UK and Europe.

Our inventory includes more than 15,000 chairs, 8,000 stools and 9,000 tables, alongside sofas, lounge furniture, cupboards, glass display cabinets and specialist equipment such as fridges and catering support items. All items are maintained and prepared in-house, ensuring they arrive on site in excellent condition.

We continually invest in new furniture collections and designs so our clients have access to products that reflect modern event environments while remaining durable enough for high-volume use.

Alongside the furniture itself, our experienced team works closely with organisers, agencies and venues to ensure smooth delivery, installation and collection providing a reliable service that supports events from small VIP spaces to large exhibitions and conferences.

With many years of experience supplying some of the UK’s busiest exhibition halls, conference venues and sporting events, we understand how live events operate and how to make them run smoothly.

As a rental business, reuse sits at the heart of what we do. Our furniture is designed and maintained to be used again and again, helping reduce waste across the events industry.

Our in-house craft team carefully inspects, maintains and prepares every item returning to our warehouse, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for future events.

Alongside this, we actively source sustainably produced products, work to reduce operational emissions and continue to improve the efficiency of our transport and logistics operations.
