Stuart has over 30 years of experience in the event and exhibition industry and has been leading the team at Xpect for more than five years. Having worked across multiple sectors and internationally throughout Europe, the US, South America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Stuart is dedicated to ensuring every client receives exceptional service in a fast-moving industry.

Stuart or Oz has been part of the Xpect team for over five years and brings extensive commercial and operational experience within the events and exhibitions industry. He specialises in understanding the unique requirements of each event, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial concept through to delivery. With a strong industry network and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, Stuart is skilled at managing projects of all sizes and leading teams to deliver exceptional results.

Warren has been part of the Xpect team for four years and brings over 20 years of experience in the events industry. He specialises in building events from the ground up, overseeing both the sales process and the successful delivery of projects. Warren works closely with clients to ensure every event is executed smoothly from concept to completion.

Sean joined Xpect in 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience in event logistics and site operations. He oversees the furniture logistics process, ensuring deliveries, collections and on-site setups run smoothly. From planning venue deliveries to coordinating operations across the UK, Sean plays a key role in keeping projects running efficiently.

Lee is responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring furniture installations and event setups are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Working closely with logistics and warehouse teams, he oversees site coordination to keep projects running smoothly. Lee plays a key role in making sure every event space is ready on time and exactly as planned.

Frazer manages Xpect’s warehouse operations, overseeing the preparation, storage and dispatch of furniture for events across the UK. He works closely with the logistics and site teams to ensure everything is organised, maintained and ready for delivery. Frazer plays a vital role in keeping Xpect’s operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

Hayley joined Xpect in 2022 and brings over 27 years of experience in the events industry. She works closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure every detail is managed smoothly. Hayley’s experience and client-focused approach help deliver a seamless experience from enquiry through to event delivery.

Pascale works closely with clients to ensure their event requirements are understood and delivered to the highest standard. She supports projects from initial enquiry through to completion, helping to coordinate details and provide a smooth, responsive service. Pascale plays an important role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every event runs seamlessly.

Andreea plays a key role across both the warehouse and on-site teams, supporting the preparation, organisation and installation of furniture for events. She helps ensure stock is ready for dispatch and that setups run efficiently at venues across the UK. Her hands-on approach helps keep operations running smoothly from warehouse to site.

Steve supports the day-to-day operations at Xpect, helping to coordinate logistics and ensure furniture is prepared and delivered efficiently for each event. Working closely with the warehouse, transport and site teams, he plays an important role in keeping projects running smoothly. Steve’s practical approach helps ensure every event setup is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
