How does furniture hire work at Xpect?

As you navigate our website to discover the furniture you need, placing your order is a simple process. Just add your items to your basket and send us your inquiry! Once we receive your inquiry, our customer service team will send you a confirmation quote detailing the cost of renting the furniture for your upcoming event. If you require a significant amount of furniture, it's important to place your order early to avoid any disappointments.

Once you're all set for the big day, our logistics team will load our delivery van with your goods and deliver them direct to your stand/event in ample time, allowing you to focus on other vital aspects of your event. The cost of delivery and collection is included in our initial quote, so you don't have to worry about any hidden expenses. When your event concludes, we will arrive on-site to collect your furniture without any hassle. After collection, we part ways and hope to see you at your next event!

Is hiring furniture more cost-effective than buying?

While buying furniture can be a suitable choice for those planning to keep the same pieces for an extended period or view furniture as an investment, hiring our furniture offers significant financial benefits, especially in terms of affordability, flexibility, and a lower total cost of ownership. It's an excellent option for those who desire high-quality furniture without the concerns of storage and long-term commitment.

Can I hire furniture for a short-term or long-term period?

Our normal hire period is for 2 weeks or for duration of the event up to 2 weeks.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes. We offer delivery and collection on all hires.

We also allow pick up from our warehouse.

Is there a minimum order requirement for furniture hire?

No. There is no minimum order value for our furniture.

How do I pay for my furniture?

You can make payment through our secure payment methods. We accept various payment options to accommodate your needs, the only card we do not accept is Diners International.

Over the phone credit card transactions and bank transfer is an example of one way we can take your order.

How do I find your most up-to-date events list?

To access our latest events list, click on "Events." Tab on our homepage. This will provide you with information on where we will be attending. Additionally, you can follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter to stay updated with our latest news and announcements.

We are always open to new events that will not be listed on our website or other Media outlets.
